Water Polo World Cup for Ben
Ben Alderson, 20, represented GB Men at the World Cup Division 2 in Malta.
The team played China, Montenegro, Slovenia, NAB (Neutral Athletes; ex-Russia) and South Africa – and came away in 21st place. This was an excellent opportunity for the squad to play some high level polo against some of the best teams in the world, helping them prepare for the European Qualifiers in 2027.
Ben scored 2 goals over the duration of the tournament.

Well done Ben - and the GB squad. A tough tournament but the team never gave up and showed their resilience and determination throughout.
